If not ordering a package use the A La
Carte Order Form Instructions.
How to order your senior portrait
package(s)
 As
you fill out your order form, please keep in mind some
definitions, such as the difference between poses
and portraits, and
other terms. Click on Definitions
for Seniors and Parents.
Step 1: INDICATE YOUR YEARBOOK
POSE. Choose a "Yearbook Eligible" pose from your
previews. They're easy to find, just look for the words
"Yearbook Eligible" underneath each pose. In some cases more
than one yearbook pose will be required for your school. If
your previews indicate 'Pose 2 Yrbk', 'Pose 3 Yrbk' or 'NHS'
then you must make additional yearbook pose selections. In
the appropriate box, write a preview # for each yearbook
pose required by your school.
*Standard retouching for yearbook pose is included with
all packages.
Step 2: SELECT PACKAGE, INCLUDED
POSES AND PORTRAIT FINISH. Determine the quantities and sizes of portraits you will
need for family and friends. Then select the package that
best fits your needs.
On the Order Form indicate the package(s) and portrait
finish you want to order. Designate a preview # for each package
included pose.
Step
3: ORDER ADDITIONAL POSES. To order portraits from
additional poses beyond those included in your package, a charge
for each additional pose will apply for our standard portrait
retouching service. In the appropriate box, write the preview #
for each additional pose you are ordering. Calculate your total
additional pose cost by multiplying the # of additional poses
ordered by the price per pose. Enter the total amount in the box
provided.
Step 4: INDICATE WHICH POSE FOR EACH
PORTRAIT. For each package you
order, write a preview# in each box to designate which pose you
would like on each included portrait. Only order from poses
indicated in Steps 1, 2 and 3. Each box for the package ordered
should have a preview number.
PLEASE NOTE
- When ordering from more than one pose,
you must order as follows:
- Wallets:
Groups of eight per pose (8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 64, 72,
80, 88, 96 etc.)
- 3 1/2 x 5:
Groups of four per pose (4, 8, 12, 16, 20 etc.)
- 5 x 7:
Groups of two per pose (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 etc.)
- 8 x 10, 11 x 14, 16 x 20 and 20 x 24:
Order as needed.
Step 5: ORDER
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Write the item #,
preview #, description, quantity and price for all additional
products and services desired. Only order from poses ordered
in
Steps 1, 2 and 3.
Step 6: COMPLETE

of your order Bryn-Alan requires full payment or 50% minimum
for orders of $75 or more. Major Credit cards are accepted.
We will not accept ATM, debit or checking cards. Credit card
orders must be paid in full. Please do not mail cash. Make
Check* or Money Order payable to Bryn-Alan Studio. *Returned
checks will be charged the state allowable fee and/or
electronically represented to your account. Your use of
check is your acceptance of this policy. Orders paid in full
will be shipped by mail. Balance Due orders are shipped
C.O.D. with a $10 charge.

- Return all previews with your portrait order.
If you purchased your previews they will be
reprinted without watermarks. Previews should be returned
uncut 14 days after you received them. Lost or stolen
previews must be replaced at a cost of $45 per set, payment
due in advance. Unreturned previews will be billed $45.
Starting Your Order

with the completed order form and full payment (50% minimum
deposit on orders $75 or more). Do not mail cash. Make

scanning and photocopies. All of your previews and
any portraits you purchase are protected by
Copyright law and remain the property of Bryn-Alan.
By law, no copies or reproductions may be made without
Bryn-Alan's written permission.
All previews, are the property of Bryn-Alan.
Please return them uncut and within 14 days. Lost or stolen
previews must be replaced at the cost of $45 per set,
payment due in advance. Unreturned previews will be billed
$45.
Bryn-Alan reserves the right to select your yearbook
portrait in order to meet your schools yearbook printing
deadline.
